Hey Friend, thanks for joining me.
If you’re reading this you’re probably an entrepreneur (or about to be).
Remember that A-Ha moment? The time you thought “this could work”?
Or when you quit your job, giving you the time to focus on your new business?
Your friends and family were so proud, so excited for you. Perhaps you felt genuinely happy for the first time in a LONG TIME.
Those were the best times, right?
Unfortunately, it never stays that way. Reality hits you hard.
You’re putting in really long hours so you can complete all the work that needs to get done without spending too much money. Your will and passion power you through the 16th straight hour of work. You can’t seem to get enough rest, you’re eating like crap.
The little sleep you do get is interrupted by small fleeting thoughts “is this going to work?”, “I’ve got this”, “Do I?”.
Every morning when you wake up you’re either feeling on top of the world or at the bottom of the barrel of despair.
You feel that every other entrepreneur you know is “crushing it” and you don’t know why you aren’t.
You’re stressed. Everyone can tell even though you’re trying your best to hide it. It keeps mounting, making you wonder if you can handle it all on your own. You’re just waiting for the other shoe to fall. It’s starting to take a toll on your family and on those around you.
I’ve been there, you’re not alone.
Being an entrepreneur is hard. If it was was easy, everyone would do it. But for some reason, you took a bet on yourself and took a giant leap where others were too afraid to go.
What Robert Frost DIDN’T tell you, however, is that taking the path less traveled is also WAY MORE STRESSFUL.
Let’s get this straight, you’ll NEVER get rid of stress. It’s part of the game. However, the success of your business relies heavily on your ability to manage that stress in a safe and productive way.
As the founder and owner of Design Pickle, I experience my fair share of stress. I’m also really proud of how I’ve been able to develop the skills and acquire the tools needed to manage my stress levels.
I want to share those tools and skills with you because I was once where you are. Fill in the form on this page to watch the on demand training.
I will share with you the lessons I’ve learned, the tools and techniques I’ve used to manage my stress and answer your questions.
You owe it to yourself, your employees, and your family to keep your stress in check.
See you there!
